Answer:

(Everything in blue color is my comments from a New Ager perspective and everything in red color is from a Soul Trapper perspective. It is an approximate representation as there are many different views within each belief system.)

This is a really interesting and important question! I have been receiving a lot of downloads and activations when it comes to this. So, I would be happy to bring forth channeled guidance for you.

It is definitely an interesting question and one that I've been receiving a lot of downloads and activations about in the last 6 months to a year, that really picking up as I get further along my own ascension path and understanding of, how the 3D matrix actually works and functions.

So it is a bit of a loaded question, but I am going to bring forward my dragon guides to help answer this for you.

I have been working with the dragons a lot since last year and the one dragon guide that I have on my team. His name is Anon and he is a multidimensional aspect of my own soul avatar consiousness. He is part of the white dragon tribe, he calles them "The white wisdom dragon council of light".

New Ager: Listen to their guides' words of wisdom and believe everything they say as they are often of a higher density and vibrate at a higher frequency.

"Light" is always good. The goal is ascension, to move from a lower to a higher dimension, usually from this 3D reality to 5D and become enLIGHTened.

Soul Trapper: Do not always believe their guides have their best interest in mind. The guides tell you what they want to hear, not necessarily the truth. They trick and lure them into thinking they want to help their soul grow.

"Light" can be the "false light" or not good at all. A hologram projection is light. A quantum computer could also be run by light.

So I am just going to connect with his energy now, but I've been connecting with him before a little bit, before I got on here. They are white crystalline dragons. They are universal grid workers, so they actually work on the higher up matrix grids as everything is connected to.

New Ager: Agree that we are all one (oneness).

Soul Trapper: It is the grids that keep us captive in this system/matrix, which makes the grid workers our prison guards.

There is different levels and layers of the matrix grids and the one we are in, it is in the lowest dimension of the reality, the 3D reality.

New Ager: Agree.

Soul Trapper: All dimensions are still inside the matrix.

So going to your question. Let me tune in to see what he wants to share with you on this.

He is starting off by saying that the matrix that you are referring to, the hologram, is in fact an illusion of our own reality, of our own soul's creation.

New Ager: Agree.

Soul Trapper: That's what they want us to believe that it's an illusion and that we create the hologram ourselves. If we don't know we're trapped, we don't escape. These are the best prisoners.

So it is our job and duty to understand how it functions, how it works

New Ager: Agree.

Soul Trapper: Agree. Understand the prison we are in, in order to get out.

And how to elevate our consiousness to one of pure awareness, a purity of consiousness, a level of soul consiousness that bypasses the constructs of the 3D hologram/simulation/reality to get out essentially of the constructs of consiousness. He is referring to those as what you were calling "the soultraps", are the constructs, the illusary constructs of consiousness that have been, he is saying, self created.

New Ager: Agree. We create our reality with consiousness.

Soul Trapper: Our prison guards want us to believe that we ourselves are creating an illusion. It is perfect for them that we blame ourselves instead of fighting with them.

But created from a higher avatar level to allow our soul to essentially assimilate, take in fully, into a 3D reality world, which is somewhat like a virtual reality world generated by the simulation by a computer system that has its own AI intelligence, that is neither good or bad from a higher sort of perspective.

New Ager: Agree.

Soul Trapper: The VR simulation is run by AI, which may be neutral, but the system is used by our oppressors to create suffering for them to feed on.

But has the ability to essentially create that separation, that point of separation, that feeling of separation or inversion of reality to illuminate or produce a consiousness that essentially feels separated from source or the all, or disconnected from one's higher consiousness, which is one's highest, higher avatar level of consiousness multidimensional.

New Ager: Agree. We are temporarily disconnected from the source.

Soul Trapper: A hologram is projected from the real world and makes this "reality" a "bad copy".

So, one way is to tap in to to get out of the limitations of that 3D reality, to see beyond the limitations of what that hologram produces is to tap in to or tune in to your multidimensional aspects of self.

These stem from source consiousness as a projection, like a pyramid, and there are levels and layers to this, that we are essentially existing within multi dimensions, multi realities and muliple timelines simultaniously as we are here in this body, in this physical plane of existence, having this, experiencing this reality.

New Ager: Agree.

Soul Trapper: All dimensions and timelines exist inside the matrix, it is set up that way.

So the more you expand your ability to tune into this multidimensional versions of yourself, through meditation, through experiencing the oneness of the all, which comes from your direct source connection to the all, you are streaming down other aspects of consiousness that's going to help you to see through the illusion.

New Ager: Possible.

Soul Trapper: Do not stream down anything from outside! How do you know they have your best interest in mind? They may be psychopaths with no empathy, who lie, and manipulate to keep you in this prison they benefit from. Just trust yourself.

The way he is saying this is that the material, what you see in the material world around you is essentially a construct of your own mind, of your own source creation of your own soul's consiousness. It seems that you know this though is what he is saying, so you have a understanding of how the matrix works and funcions in this sense, but it is unlimited, he is saying and infinite in the ways that you can essentially travel outside of the realm of this matrix, but it is going to happen when you are having out-of-body experiences or when you are able to tap into your astral consiousness or the aspect of your soul and spirit that resides outside of the body that does not, that is able to travel outside of the body and it has a lot to do with your merkaba activations, and your own knowing how your own soul matrix works, because we are living in a reality that is like a matrix, within a matrix, within a matrix, its like a hologram, within a hologram, within a hologram, and it all comes, it is all projected from source at the highest level, but then it fragments or fractalizes into individuated soul consiousnesses and that all comes through experiences, that add up to the sense and creation of the certain type of personality and a certain type of energetic structure or soul matrix, that is connected to the unified whole, part of the unified whole, but is individual soul matrix within itself. And your individual soul matrix that you have energetically through your etheric body, your astral body, your light body, the merkaba, your physical body, your emotional body, your mental body, all of these layers make up a and continue out to source. He is showing it like a russian doll, where you have like one doll, within one doll, within one doll and it is infinite in a certain sense, that is continous, in a way that it is connected to the all, but it has a certain sense of boundaries and limitations as well dep. on your own ability to tune into the construct itself and how it is created.

So he is talking about soul matrix mastery. It is like a mastery level class in terms of how it functions, and how to actually get out of the trapping system, but in the easiest of terms it is about detaching from your ego when you are in the matrix it is about being able to detach from the fear-based, to see things from a neutral perspective, so with that, and to keep your eye on ascension because esentially, this is your way out.

New Ager: Possible.

Soul Trapper: New Agers usually think that ascension is to ascend to 5D, which is still inside the matrix, and not the way out. Maybe you can also ascend out of the matrix, or it's a lie to mislead people to keep us here, doesn't matter in which dimension.

It is your pathway, it is your evolutionary pathway out of the construction, confidements of limitations of what the 3D reality has presented to you, but in essence you are never limited, because you have access, there are access points to, and node points, within your own soul matrix, that allows you to adjust your own frequencies through your own free will power to tune to the higher avatar consiousness, which is again, sees beyond the constructs of the mind that has been programmed within this 3D hologram simulation to only see a certain reality as the truth or all that is, as the truth.

As you are connecting to your higher dimensional selves, avatars, aspects of self. As you reach an internal inner feeling, a state of oneness with the all, as you raise your kundalini energy up through the base of your chakras and you begin clearing and purging all of the false programs that are contained within each chakra level, that are holding you hostage to the trappings of this matrix system, which the soultraps of this matrix system in essence is the beliefs that are limiting to your own ego, your mind, your attachment to your ego, as your soul identity is limited and is 3D based.

The true process of ascension, is an integration process, and expansion process that takes you beyond limitations of the egos and the belief systems, put into place by the different paradigms, and those who are the controllers of this matrix reality, that are here to keep you separated or feeling a sense of polarization or duality within your own self, so that you are always in inner conflict with your own self, essentially that is what keeps you somewhat trapped and limited in your perception of reality and how you can transcend that reality and really tune into the higher visionary of what is beyond 3D reality, which is out of this dimension, he is saying.

It is a limited and it is potential in terms of creativity, but it is through your portal through your own imagination and through your own inner wisdom and ability to tune your body and energetic system as an instrument for the divine so it is a purification process of mind, body and soul. That is equal to an integration process where you are seeking out all of the, or shine your light of all the shadow aspects of yourself all of the hidden aspects of yourself that lie within this darker realm that is holding you hostage in this sense through outdated beliefs pass conditioning that come from past life experiences that come just from the history of how humans have been literally programmed through their mind or mind controlled to the programmings of this false matrix, 3D reality, to stay within the limitations of this 3D reality.

As we are busting out of the matrix, and as we are able to tune into this higher frequencies, we are essentially breaking down the codes, the coding within our quantum dna that has been manipulated, that has been programmed incorrectly to keep us in this matrix.

So it is linked to our 12-strand quantum dna and how we activate the codes, the ascension codes that allow us to connect into our divine soul organic blueprint and template as god intended, because essentially this ascension process was not intended to be so difficult, it was hijacked by controllers, who are trying to keep us tied to a timeline that where ascension is not occur in a mass-collective scale.

And yet, there are polarized magnetic forces through the help of the galactics and the grand central sun, and that cosmic great conjunction and bringing in all these ascension codes that is waking more people up, so more people are able to free themselves and liberate themselves.

It is through astral body travel and that is all through merkaba travel, light body travel, and getting your light body tuned to the higher frequencies, correcting the inverted programs, rewiring your chakras in a sense, because our chakras have been reversed spinning for a while through these inverted programs that are meant to keep us on a descension path and not in an ascension path and so it is really about working your own blueprints and your energy body and systems to just continously raise your vibrations in tune to the higher awareness frequencies and that is to help you ascend which is going to help you bust out of this matrix. In other words it is going to help you create a reality that is beyond this 3D construct that we call the matrix.

Eventually we will be able to transcend this reality, taking our physical bodies with us, but that is again a higher outthere process that I am still myself learning about, but that is in the future of our earth' timelines as we are tune again our frequency, and energetic systems to one that is helping us to see past the illusion, to tune our belief systems in our awareness to what is in highest alignment with what the divine truth of our own source power is, so it it stepping into our sovereign power, it is taking our power back.

It is knowing our free will choice to make choices that align with that higher self and higher power. It is tuning into the guidance from our guides. And from surrendering our will to god, mother/father god, being willing to look out our shadow, do the inner work, the soul work that is all about healing and integration and clearing out those programs and false codes that link us into this 3D constructive reality.

If you really wanting to get beyond and actually see this reality for what it is and travel pass the boundaries of this soultrapping system which is called the van Allen belt. I myself have not mastered astral travel and out-of-body sense, but I know we do astral travel through our dream state.

You can ask your guides for assistance and directing you to the sources and information that will help you travel out of body more, but essentially it is going to be your merkaba and light body, ka body activations, that will come through your own ability to reconnect all this lost parts of your soul consiousness and awaken and remember how to travel with your merkaba and there are many sources on merkaba activations, meditations you can do to start working with the merkaba field, but also understanding that field would be activated and allow you to travel pass these star gates. Into these star gates, into these ascensions that take you out of that van Allen belts, which is in the soul trapping system, which is in the 3D and lower 4D astral plane and get beyond that to really see the higher heavens or the higher dimensions, to actually be able to experience in your out-of-body spirit form, what is there to see for yourself what is there, but essentially we are in a human body, in a human experience, in what's out human body and all of the egoic limitations and the unhealed versions of ourselves that we are carrying around with us, that keep us in a dense vibration that make it hard for us to get out of that fields or pass that van Allen belts.

He is also saying that it is important to learn your soul lessons and that is really the fastest way to accelerate through this matrix system into get beyond it is to really see and experience your soul lessons and move into the higher dimensional ways of perceiving your own soul growth and evolution process by taking seriously your soul lessons and doing the soul work that your being presented to do, so not invading or trying to escape, or run from the challenges that you are facing, but learning how to do emotional integration work and to really look at everything that comes up through your emotions with awareness with neutrality, not getting into a mode of judgement. 

Soul Trapper: Of course they don't want us to escape from the matrix! It's the same as prison guards of course not wanting the prisoners to escape from the prison.

That is also very important. You wanna stay neutral when you are judging things that are, have the potential to provoke fear, and light as well. It is really bringing in harmony within the two, understanding that both are necessary for catalyzing your growth that we are in a holografic virtual reality, in a sense that we are playing a video game, you are a character in a video game and we are one of many characters that are higher soul consiousnesses playing out within the same game and so there is no separation from that perspective but there are specific roles and soul lessons and limitations that we chose to take on in order to beat the game, or get out of the game.

That is part of what he means by becoming one with your higher dimensional aspects of self, when you get into that state of oneness in being and that's all found of that present moment, you learn to stay and remain in the present moment. You are not living from the past or the future, you are living in the present, and you are tuning your vibration constantly, you are managing your energy in the present moment, so as to remain in that neutral state of bliss and joy and purity of consiousness that is our true highest divine form, you are essentially living like outside of the matrix while still perceiving yourself to be in the 3D world.
